The Board of Zoning Adjustments

The Board of Zoning Adjustments adopts rules necessary to the conduct of its affairs, and in keeping with the provisions of the city's Zoning Ordinance 2011-12.  This board hears and reviews for decision all requests for administrative reviews, special exception uses, and variances that will not be a detriment to the public good or impair the purposes and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.

The Board of Zoning Adjustments meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month when called.
