The Planning Commission

The Planning Commission considers proposed amendments of the provision of the city's Zoning Ordinance 2011-12 and reports its recommendations to the City Council. The Commission helps implement and follow the Comprehensive Plan of the city. The Commission also administers and coordinates the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Springville, 2007, which govern each and every subdivision of land within the corporate limits of the city, as well as all contiguous unincorporated land area lying within 1 mile in all directions from the cities corporate limits.

The Planning Commission's regularly scheduled meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month.
